OUR PORTFOLIO

SOLTRAK monitors over 200 renewable energy installations, with access to more than a 1000 energy meters, inverters and other measurement telemetry. SOLTRAK also provides independent satellite-derived weather data for over 50 monitored installations, giving our clients an extra dimension of assessment into the performance of their assets. Through its analytics, SOLTRAK has secured millions in potential lost savings through recoverable penalty claims for its clients. In many instances, recovered savings far exceed SOLTRAK service costs.

O&M Contract Support

We provide a balanced Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement, developed in partnership with one of South Africa’s top law firms. This agreement includes clear terms, an updated scope of work (reflecting the latest market trends), and well-defined underperformance penalty mechanisms. We believe the O&M agreement lays the foundation for effective asset performance, and wherever possible, it should be in place from day one.

SOLTRAK PLATFORM

We provide access to the SOLTRAK live monitoring platform, offering on-demand performance metrics, including energy generation, revenue, and emissions savings. Users can compare metrics across multiple assets, quickly identify top- and bottom-performing assets, view and download their SOLTRAK and Service Provider monthly and annual reports, access raw data, and receive performance-related notifications.

INDEPENDENT REPORTING

We supply independently generated performance reports on a monthly and annual basis, focusing on energy, revenue, emissions savings, and performance evaluations. Clients can easily navigate to energy production summaries, which show how monthly and annual production statistics compare with baseline predictions. The reports are designed to highlight time-of-use tariff savings, as well as export and demand savings.
