CONTRACT SUPPORT

Supplying a balanced operations and maintenance agreement, developed in partnership with one of South Africa’s top law firms, with clear terms, scope of works (updated to account for latest market movements) and well-defined underperformance penalty mechanisms. We believe that the O&M agreement sets the foundation for effective asset performance. Where at all possible, this should be in place from day one.

SOLTRAK PLATFORM

Providing access to the SOLTRAK live monitoring platform, for on-demand performance metrics including energy, revenue and emissions savings. Users are able to compare metrics across multiple assets, quickly access top and bottom performance assets, view and download their SOLTRAK and Service Provider monthly and annual reports, raw data, and receive performance related notifications.

INDEPENDENT REPORTING

Supplying independently generated performance reports, on a monthly and annual basis, with focus on energy, revenue, emissions savings and performance evaluations. Clients are able to quickly navigate to energy production summaries, showing how monthly and annual production statistics contrast with baseline predictions. Reports are developed to provide time-of-use tariff savings, as well as export & demand savings.
